POLICY

We are a team of nail care professionals with high training, aspiring to make your experience at Posh Nails & Spa a satisfying one. At our salon, we follow the following policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon. * We will try our best to exceed your expectations, however, mistakes can happen. Please let us know prior before you leave the salon if you have any concerns with our services. As soon as you walk out of the salon, we will assume that you are satisfied with the services provided. * If you are not satisfied with the nail color after we finish the service, and you wish to change, an additional fee will be charged. We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service. All repairs will be done with the original color of the service. * If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered as a walk-in customer. * If you have any infection, we might refuse your services. If you insist on still receiving the service, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences. * We have the right to refuse or stop any services. * To help us provide a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you respect others when using your phone. * You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. * Children must be supervised at all times by the parents or guardians. We are not responsible in case any accidents occur in the salon. * Our polish application may last differently depending on each client's lifestyle, health, and the adherence to maintenance instructions. * To schedule an appointment and to ensure that you receive the time and the day you desire, we recommend that you call in advance to schedule your next appointment or do so before leaving the spa. * All metal instruments are sterilized in an individual envelope, opened exclusively for you. A fresh bag of implements will be used each time you come, and it is never reused. * Remember to bring your sandals to avoid smudging off your new polish after a pedicure.
